Fillet Halibut from Greece

This is something I learned way back when I was first starting out cooking. This one actually came from Greece and it's one of those delicious halibut receipes. To start off, you would need to following ingredients for this halibut receipe:

-one lettuce preferably Boston
-a cube of concentrated chicken broth
-60ml of minced parsley
-half cup of wine(white)
-one bay leaf. make sure it is minced into pieces
-cooked rice
-a diced onion
-some caraway seeds(one fourth teaspoon)
-one kg of halibut fillet
-one fourth cup of vegetable oil
-parsley chops
-one teaspoon of salt
-one cup of caper sauce

Now we can start cooking:
spread the lettuce leaves on a glass plate. Mixed up half of mixed parsley, bay leaf pieces and onions with the lettuce leaves on the plate. Put up the halibut fillets on the mixed leaves. Mix the halibut fillets up with vegetable oil, white wine, salt and caraway seeds. Crush and sprinkle the chicken broth cube on the halibut. Cover up the fillet completely with lettuce leaves and then cook it on the microwave oven for 10 minutes. Once the halibut fillet is cooked put it on a plate and put on the caper sauce and parsley chops.
