Piccata Halibut Receipe

Here is another recipe for cooking a halibut and I'm going to make it quick for your convenience. I've been a crazy guy on work and I haven't had much time on exploring new halibut receipes out there. Hopefully I find time and get myself more ways on how to cook delicious halibut fish.

Ingredients for this recipe:
-one fourth cup of flour(all purpose)
-a tablespoon of olive oil
-three fourth cup of white wine(dry)
-four divided tablespoons of butter
-two cloves of minced garlic
-one and a half pounds of halibut, cut them into pieces
-three tablespoons of caper(drained)
-salt
-ground fresh black pepper

Cooking Directions:
Heat up the oil mixed with two tablespoons of butter in a skillet over an above medium heat. Mix up the salt and pepper in the halibut then drench them in flour. Start frying the halibut fish pieces until they have brownish color on both sides, this usually takes about 6 to 8 minutes. After the halibut is cooked. Remove the fish pieces from the cooking pan and then serve them up on serving plates. Once again heat up the pan, and then pour in the wine and let it heat up until it is reduced by half. Mix up the garlic, rest of the butter and capers. Let the wine sauce cool down for a bit and then blend them up. Once the sauce is ready, pour it over the fish.

This is everything that I got for this recipe and stay tuned for more halibut receipes.
